We currently offer 2 methods of delivery: Standard and Express Tracked Options available will be shown at checkout.

IS DELIVERY FREE?

• We offer free standard delivery for orders over £150.
• Once you’ve placed an order you will receive an order notification letting you know we have received your order.
• Orders for expressed delivery placed will be shipped next business day.
• Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped out on Monday.
• When your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a notification confirming your item is on its way to you.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Our team works diligently to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Order processing time typically ranges from 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free standard 2-3 day or international standard shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

• All parcels shipped from location in the UK, with some international orders may be liable for Custom Duty and local taxes.
• Duties and taxes are levied by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them.
• Failure to pay this additional duty or tax will result in your parcel being returned to sender.
• Please speak to your local Customs Office should you need help or have any queries about this.
