RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope you like your new GLOWSYOU products, but in case you’re not fully satisfied then you need to let us know within 14 days of receiving each item, this begins the day after you get each order.

To request a return or exchange,

and include your order number and reason for return. We will reply with return instructions.

Once approved, you have an additional 14 days to send the item back. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your postage receipt until your refund or exchange is completed.

You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed by us. If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, or you have not used our returns label, you can ask for updates from your courier or check the tracking on your proof of postage receipt. For this reason, it’s important
that you retain your proof of postage receipt.

Once the parcel has been received in our warehouse, your refund will be processed by our teams within 3-5 working days.
Please note that for in-store returns the refund is not immediately credited back to your bank account, the delay depends on your bank.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.

Kindly note that any Duties and Taxes paid on delivery cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method or issued as a store credit to spend on GLOWSYOU.

All items are inspected thoroughly upon return and to receive a full refund, each must be returned in a new and unused condition with all their tags in place. Please note that we cannot accept returns on items that have been marked by make-up, tan, fragrances, deodorants or washing substances.

The same also applies for items returned with snags or tears or have been altered.

Please note, any items that are received back in damaged or unsellable condition, it will be returned back to you at your cost, we will inform you if your return is not accepted.

Free shipping cost for order £75 and over after any discounts or promotions have been applied.

However on return order customer will be responsible for the postage expense.
