You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed by us. If you are returning an item from outside of the UK, or you have not used our returns label, you can ask for updates from your courier or check the tracking on your proof of postage receipt. For this reason, it’s important
that you retain your proof of postage receipt.
Once the parcel has been received in our warehouse, your refund will be processed by our teams within 3-5 working days.
Please note that for in-store returns the refund is not immediately credited back to your bank account, the delay depends on your bank.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt and you will receive confirmation of your refund via email.
Kindly note that any Duties and Taxes paid on delivery cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please note that refunds can only be issued back to your original payment method or issued as a store credit to spend on GLOWSYOU.
